NICHOLAS ROBERTS, ASSOCIATE

BIOGRAPHY

Nicholas (“Nick”) Roberts is an associate attorney with the firm. Nicholas graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio (B.A. 2019) and Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University (J.D. 2023). While attending Thurgood Marshall, he interned at the Harris County Attorney’s Office where he had the opportunity to work with the General Counsel Division. In that role, he assisted in providing counsel to the County’s elected and appointed officials and employees on a wide range of transactional and public law matters.

Prior to joining the firm in February 2026, Nicholas was a corporate finance associate at an Am Law 100 Firm. His practice primarily focused on secured lending and financing transactions, representing a broad spectrum of sophisticated borrowers and financial institutions across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in Uniform Commercial Code matters, contract law, and corporate law.
