ACQUISITION AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE
RAB regularly represents clients in connection with both the acquisition and sale of all types of real estate interests, including fee simple and easement interests. RAB provides guidance and advice to our clients regarding all phases of such a transaction- from the initial inquiry regarding a real estate interest through the structuring of the transaction to the closing of the transaction. Specifically, RAB prepares and negotiates all required documentation for the acquisition or sale of the real estate, including the initial purchase and sale agreement, curative title documents and conveyance documents. In addition, RAB reviews all title, survey and financing matters pertaining to such a transaction.
LANDLORD AND TENANT
RAB has extensive experience in representing both landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements for residential, commercial, industrial and retail real estate. Additionally, RAB assists clients in enforcing their rights under such lease agreements, including the preparation of notice, default or termination letters.
CONSTRUCTION MATTERS
RAB represents both owners and contractors in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts for the construction of various types of building projects, ranging from utility infrastructure to custom homes.
