We represent commercial, residential and multi-family developers in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions and financings. Our attorneys have participated in every aspect of complex real estate transactions and financings, including, but not limited to, negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, lease agreements, trust agreements, lending agreements and other related documents.
We have extensive experience in project finance, whether the project involves traditional bank loans or investor/equity participants or requires knowledge of conduit borrowing or tax-credit financing. In addition, given the breadth of our experience with special districts, we excel at negotiating and drafting financing and cost sharing agreements with local governmental entities.
We have also counseled numerous clients with respect to the condemnation and annexation of property and participated in the development and enforcement of various land use regulations.
