ROSS RADCLIFFE, MEMBER

BIOGRAPHY

Ross Radcliffe co-founded the firm in 1991, which was renamed in 2014. Ross concentrates his practice in the representation of water districts. Drawing upon his earlier experience in civil litigation, he is consulted when any of the firm’s clients may be involved in litigation, including mediation and arbitration activities. In his practice, he has represented the firm’s governmental clients in administrative contested case matters before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, developer reimbursement disputes, condemnation proceedings, election contests, bond validation suits, and tax collection suits, as well as various contract and construction disputes.

Ross stays busy with church, family activities and spending time with his six grandchildren..
