REGINA ADAMS, MEMBER

BIOGRAPHY

Regina D. Adams joined the firm as an Associate in 2003 and became a Member in 2011. Prior to her tenure at RAB, Regina was a staff attorney with a local redevelopment authority.

Regina’s current practice includes serving as general counsel, bond counsel and special counsel to various types of utility districts, emergency services districts, water supply corporations, non-profit corporations, and private utilities and the creation, financing, development, and operation of those entities. Regina also represents developers and handles their corporate, real estate and development matters. In addition, Regina oversees the firm’s election law section and focuses on open government law, strategic partnerships, employment law, contract law, and real estate matters. Regina previously coordinated the firm’s legislative updates (78th, 79th and 80th Texas Legislatures).
