JON POLLEY, MEMBER
BIOGRAPHY
Jon Polley joined the firm as an Associate in 2007 and became a Member in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Jon practiced construction litigation with a boutique Houston firm. Currently, Jon serves as general counsel, bond counsel and special counsel to various types of special districts and water utilities including municipal utility districts, and special utility districts. Jon’s responsibilities also relate to the creation, financing, development, and operation of those entities. In addition, Jon has overseen the firm’s monitoring of the Texas Legislature and preparation of the firm’s Legislative Update memorandum for each legislative session since 2009.
